About Me
Hello, I'm Loukos Scheffer (you may also know me as Louis Scheffer V) and I'm a first year computer science student at the
University of Toronto Mississauga.
I was born in Los Gatos, California and I lived there until August 2008 when
I moved to Ashburn, Virginia. I started attending UTM in the Fall of 2019 and these
days I live in Mississauga during the school year and Ashburn during the summer.
Refereeing
In my free time I work as a soccer referee in both the GTA and in Northern Virginia.
I'm currently a USSF Grassroots referee and a Grade 6 (District) referee for Ontario Soccer with the Peel Halton Soccer Association.
I also work for UTM intramurals and referee intramural Indoor Soccer, Outdoor Soccer, and Volleyball.
I also had the chance to linejudge at the 2020 CCAA Badminton Nationals and that was pretty cool, so I might do more badminton in the future.
Soccer
My favorite sport is Soccer and I played it competitvely as a goalkeeper from 2011 to 2019. I mostly play for fun these days. My favorite club is
is Tottenham Hotspur and I watch a good bit of soccer when it's on. I also enjoy watching the Canadian Premier League and had the oppurtunity to go the
first leg of the inaugural finals.
Other
I also enjoy electric skatebording and I have a bit of a side interest in Urban Planning (I might minor in Geography).
