Saturday Dinner

Gentle Navigators, Once again we will be having a community dinner on Saturday evening, bringing the entire Sierra Expedition together for breaking of bread and burning of tongues.

As with previous years, we will need help in several different forms.

PREP CHEFS

10:00 Saturday morning-- One dad from each circle for light prep work. About 45 minutes.

1:00 Saturday afternoon--Two dads from each circle for chopping duty. Please bring a knife and a cutting board. (Knives can be sharpened for you on the spot.)

All food prep will be done at the Chinook campsite. Please find us and ask for Jeff or John.

SET UP, SERVING, CLEAN UP

* Paul will assign circles to set up before the princesses eat, and before the guides eat.

* Navigators will work in the food serving lines

* Paul will assign circles to clean up after the campfire.

FOOD:

Here are the food assigments for the Spring Roughout. Please have the food at the Chinook campsite by 1:00 on Saturday afternoon.

• El Dorado 30 ears of corn
• Tahoe 30 ears of corn
• Ponderosa 30 ears of corn
• Zephyr 12 loaves French bread
• Tioga cookies for 80 girls
• Shasta veggies for 80 girls
• Paradise bug juice (from McDonalds)
• Mystic 200 plates, 200 napkins, 100 bowls (heavy duty)

Don't forget to bring table/chairs sufficient for your tribe!
